3rd SDCC Exclusive LEGO Set Revealed

The 3rd SDCC exclusive set has finally been revealed by Collider. The set contains 145 pieces and will retail for $39.99. Again this can be the same as other two exclusive sets (Marvel Super Heroes´ Throne of Ultron and LEGO Star Wars Dagobah) at the Pavilion Terrace.
action-comics-1-409x600We’ve got the exclusive first look at their upcoming San Diego Comic-Con set. In LEGO’s DC Comics Super Heroes set, available only at Comic-Con 2015, LEGO recreates Joe Shuster’s artwork for Superman’s introductory comicbook cover in which he lifts a green sedan over his head as easily as you or I might victoriously hoist a Comic-Con swag bag. Fans who can’t attend the Comic-Con can follow @LEGO_Group for chances to win the set throughout the course of the event.
Keep in mind that Comic-Con retail exclusives are going to work a little bit differently this year.

In the hope of clarifying the process, here are the relevant details;

  • LEGO SDCC Retail Exclusives: Winning ticket required for purchase.
  • You must first enter the drawing by picking up a ticket and then go to the LEGO booth to redeem their ticket if they have a winning ticket and purchase the set at the LEGO booth. The LEGO booth will be located in Hall D, booth #2829.

  • Ticket Drawing Location: Pavilion Terrace (Upper level outside Sails Pavilion).
  • Attendees must first enter the main Convention Center entrance from the line at the front of the main building. Entry to the LEGO retail drawing at the Sails Pavilion will be from this line. Depending on the crowds, this line may start moving as early as 7:00am until supplies last.
  • Attendee badges only allow one drawing per person, per day
  • Handicapped participants are encouraged to utilize official SDCC placeholder
  • Random drawing is for a chance to get a ticket to purchase at the LEGO Booth
  • Sets will not be distributed at the Pavilion Terrace

  • Must redeem ticket that day.
